El acto tendrá lugar el próximo lunes, 23 de octubre, en Salones Pedro Marín y estará acompañado de un menú degustación de la gastronomía del Noroeste, preparado por doce cocineros destacados de la Región

La Federación Regional de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo premiará, entre otros, a la Fundación Camino de la Cruz y a la empresa caravaqueña Postres Reina

18/10/17. Coincidiendo con el Año Jubilar 2017, Hostemur celebra el próximo lunes, 23 de octubre, su Gran Fiesta de la Hostelería y el Turismo en Caravaca de la Cruz. El evento, consolidado como una cita destacada del sector en la Región de Murcia, será este año más especial, ya que la Federación Regional de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo aprovecha la ocasión para conmemorar el 40 aniversario de su creación.

            En el acto, que estará acompañado de un menú degustación basado en la gastronomía tradicional de la Comarca del Noroeste, se otorgarán los galardones de Hostemur. En este cuarenta cumpleaños, se entregará el reconocimiento a la ‘Trayectoria Profesional’ a la empresa caravaqueña Postres Reina. Además, se concederá el premio ‘Joven Empresario’ a Tomás Écija, gerente y chef de los restaurantes La Maita y Albero.

En la categoría al ‘Murciano Universal', la patronal quiere distinguir a la doctora en Farmacia, máster en Salud Pública por la Universidad de Harvard y nutricionista y creadora de la famosa “Dieta Garaulet’, Marta Garaulet. También se otorgará un galardón a Antonia Navarro Mula, propietaria del catering Antonia Navarro, convertido en un referente del sector de la restauración colectiva en la Región de Murcia. Finalmente, la Fundación Camino de la Cruz recibirá la mención especial ‘Estrella Levante’.

            El acto tendrá lugar en Salones Pedro Marín a las 14.00 horas, donde, a partir de las 14.30, se ofrecerá un almuerzo, para el que es necesario reserva previa de plaza. Este año la temática estará centrada en productos y recetas características de la Comarca del Noroeste, con un menú preparado por los cocineros Encarna Rodríguez y David Rizos del restaurante Pedro Marín (Caravaca), Laura Ortega del restaurante La Almazara (Cehegín), Antonio Raíl Marín de Asador Murciano (La Paca), Encarna López del Molino del río (Barranda), Pedro Pérez de la Muleta (Cehegín), Salvador Fernández del Borrego Restaurante (Bullas), David Muñoz de La Alborada (Murcia), Sebastián de Mesón el Coci (Caravaca), Firo Vázquez del restaurante El Olivar (Moratalla), J. Miguel del Casino de Mula (Mula) y Paco Molina del Bar Sol (Cehegín).

            El evento comenzará a las 12.00 horas, con una peregrinación de los componentes de Hostemur a la Real Basílica de la Vera Cruz y la visita a la exposición ‘Signum. La gloria del Renacimiento’, que se celebra en la Compañía de Jesús. A las 14.00 horas se entregarán los galardones y a las 14.30 horas, comenzará la fiesta de la gastronomía.
