López Miras: "Decidida apuesta del presidente de la Comunidad Autónoma, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, para que Caravaca de la Cruz sea referente internacional en 2017"

El Gobierno Regional pone en marcha un proyecto que unirá todas las vías verdes de la región con el "Camino de la Cruz"

26 de noviembre. El vicesecretario general de Organización del PP Región de Murcia, Fernando López Miras; el senador, Fulgencio Gil; y los presidentes del Partido Popular en la Comarca del Noroeste, José Francisco García, José Soria y Juan Pascual Soria, así como miembros del NNGG, han visitado esta mañana Cehegín, con el fin de apoyar el Año Jubilar Caravaca 20017.

Hoy han podido comprobar de primera mano el magnífico trabajo que se está haciendo en las vías verdes, contando con una inversión de más de 4 millones por parte del Gobierno Regional proveniente de Fondos FEDER. "Un proyecto que el PP apoya y fomenta, todas la vías verdes estarán reconectadas con el Camino de la Cruz, que nos va a situar como referencia en el turismo de senderismo, ecológico y rural, incentivo además para fomentar hábitos saludables"

Asimismo, López Miras, ha destacado que "durante 2017 Caravaca de la Cruz va a tener su lugar en el mundo, y por ende la Región de Murcia. Hay que potenciar este proyecto, un proyecto inigualable con el que tenemos la posibilidad de proyectar lo que es la Región de Murcia, y no sólo lo que más que se conoce de ella, que es el turismo de sol y playa, sino el turismo religioso, rural, espiritual".

Bajo el lema "Descubre tu camino" el Ejecutivo de Pedro Antonio Sánchez, ofrece a los peregrinos que quieran ganar el jubileo 2017, una amplia oferta de actos culturales, deportivos, científicos o gastronómicos, siempre aparejados al evento religioso.

El vicesecretario general de Organización ha dicho que este cruce de caminos hacia Caravaca de la Cruz es, sin duda, una oportunidad fantástica para posicionarnos como referente en el turismo a nivel internacional, ya que serán muchas las personas, los peregrinos, que llegarán cada día a la Ciudad Santa, y que se esperan superen los dos millones de visitantes.

El acto ha finalizado agradeciendo la presentación que tuvo lugar el pasado lunes en Madrid, por parte del presidente de la Comunidad Autónoma, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, y el ministro de Turismo, Álvaro Nadal, ya que fue viva imagen de lo que el Gobierno Regional está haciendo por Caravaca de la Cruz, por su Año Jubilar y no solamente por el turismo, sino por la comarca del Noroeste en sí.
