Caravaca de la Cruz muestra su oferta turística en la Feria Internacional del Turismo de Interior (Intur) dentro del stand de un instituto que margina a medios de comunicación murcianos en las campañas de promoción de la Región de Murcia. Esta cita de referencia del sector -que tiene lugar hasta este domingo en Valladolid- reúne a 1.200 destinos, junto a empresas y colectivos profesionales.

"Aprovechando la celebración de la feria más importante de España especializada en turismo de interior, representantes de los ayuntamientos que componen las Ciudades Teresianas de España hemos celebrado una asamblea general para poner en marcha nuevas iniciativas, entre ellas la decisión de optar a las ayudas europeas a la innovación que nos permitan potenciar las tecnologías de realidad inmersiva y virtual", según ha señalado el concejal de Turismo, José Carlos Gómez, que se ha desplazado a la feria para participar en dicha asamblea y mantener reuniones con los profesionales que en 'INTUR Negocios', que es la parte de la feria convertida en un mercado de contratación que reúne a turoperadores nacionales e internacionales.

Intur está consolidada como referente de un sector que tiene en la cultura, la naturaleza y la enogastronomía los ejes fundamentales de su actividad. La Feria Internacional de Turismo de Interior mantiene la doble condición de evento para profesionales y viajeros, dos propuestas diferenciadas que tienen lugar hoy, jueves 17, con la jornada de Intur Negocios y hasta el domingo, con las jornadas de Intur Viajeros.

El turismo de interior sigue aumentando su presencia en el mercado turístico e Intur es una buena prueba de ello. La Feria Internacional de Turismo de Interior ha crecido un 26% respecto a la edición anterior y contará con 126 stands en los que se presentan más de 1.200 destinos, empresas y colectivos profesionales.

Al mercado de contratación asisten un total de 70 touroperadores, de los cuales 51 son nacionales y los 19 restantes proceden de países extranjeros como Portugal, Francia, Italia, Irlanda, Australia, Bélgica, Canadá, Corea, Finlandia, Países Bajos, Estados Unidos y Polonia. Los intereses de estos compradores abarcan desde viajes a medida, familiares, hasta itinerarios culturales, turismo religioso, astroturismo, experiencias en la naturaleza, enoturismo, plataformas de reservas, agencias online, turismo accesible, etcétera.
