Las empresas han superado una auditoría sobre buenas prácticas y calidad en el servicio, tras recibir formación y asesoramiento durante varios meses

 

La ermita de San Sebastián ha acogido la entrega de diplomas y distintivos por parte del alcalde, el director general de Competitividad y Calidad Turística y el concejal de Turismo

 

La Oficina de Turismo, Hotel ‘La Vera Cruz’, Hotel ‘Almunia’, Restaurante Jardines del Sol, Restaurante El Horno, ‘La despensa del peregrino’, ‘El Horno’ Prolongación, ‘El Horno’ calle Mayor, alojamiento ‘Casa Alderete’, cafetería ‘Valencianísimos’, Restaurante Paladar y Conchisa ya tienen la certificación SICTED en sus establecimientos

 

17/09/2024. Un total de once establecimientos públicos y empresas de servicios de Caravaca de la Cruz han obtenido el distintivo del Sistema de Calidad de los Destinos Turísticos (SICTED). El alcalde, José Francisco García; el director general de Competitividad y Calidad Turística, Patricio Sánchez, y el concejal de Turismo, José Santiago Villa, han hecho entrega de esta certificación avalada a nivel nacional en un acto celebrado en la ermita de San Sebastián.

Las empresas que han logrado culminar el procedimiento en esta primera fase de implantación del SICTED en Caravaca han recibido a lo largo de varios meses formación y asesoramiento sobre buenas prácticas y legislación vigente. Todo el trabajo ha estado supervisado por una técnico especializada, contratada por el Ayuntamiento de Caravaca gracias a una subvención de 10.000 euros concedida por la Dirección General de Competitividad y Calidad Turística de la Región de Murcia.

José Francisco García ha felicitado a los establecimientos y servicios -la mayor parte de ellos alojamientos turísticos y locales de hostelería -que “se han sumado a este proyecto y han trabajado de forma rigurosa, reforzando así la apuesta del municipio para ser un destino turístico de calidad, que avanza para mejorar la experiencia y la satisfacción de quien nos visita”. Además, el alcalde ha animado a más negocios locales a conocer el sistema de SICTED y “a trabajar en su implantación, ayudados y asesorados en todo momento por el Ayuntamiento y la Comunidad Autónoma”.

Por su parte, el director general de Competitividad y Calidad Turística ha señalado que “las doce empresas caravaqueñas que han recibido el distintivo se convierten a partir de ahora en embajadoras del SISTED, un proyecto, promovido a nivel nacional por la Secretaria de Estado de Turismo con el apoyo de comunidades autónomas y ayuntamientos, que tiene como objetivo promover buenas prácticas y lograr un nivel de calidad homogéneo”.

La Oficina Municipal de Turismo ha sido uno de los servicios que han conseguido a certificación SICTED. En el sector privado se ha sumado el Hotel ‘La Vera Cruz’, Hotel ‘Almunia’, Restaurante Jardines del Sol, Restaurante El Horno, ‘El Horno’ Prolongación, ‘El Horno’ Calle Mayor, ‘La despensa del peregrino’, alojamiento rural ‘Casa Alderete’, cafetería y heladería ‘Valencianísimos, Restaurante Paladar y Conchisa.
